A Senior Public Sector professional with over 15 years of experience in leading strategic and complex global and cross functional tasks within and outside the World Bank Group, Maxwell has worked extensively on fiscal governance and public financial management (PFM) reforms in several countries in Africa, South Asia and Europe. He has led program design and implementation, policy dialogue on various programs in fiscal governance, public sector and PFM reforms in the regions he has worked. Has significant experience in leading cross-functional and multi-agency collaboration and governance in sectors. Maxwell has a strong corporate finance and public accounting background, with leadership roles in Fannie Mae and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP prior to joining the World Bank.

 

Maxwell holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Bath, UK, an MBA degree from the University of Toledo, OH, CPA and CGMA certifications.
