In 2025, HSF Ghana piloted a Cash Transfer Program to support families in remote areas affected by maternal mortality. Despite logistical challenges, the program successfully provided monthly financial support for children’s nutrition and essential care, backed by strong monitoring systems.
Now operating across Accra, Volta, Eastern, and Western Regions, HSF Ghana has seen remarkable progress—children are healthier, more confident, and thriving both academically and personally.

Fiifi’s Aunty
Fiifi’s education was uncertain, as both of his parents are no longer around to care for him. This made it difficult for him to secure the support he needed to continue schooling. However, through the generous help of the Health Support Foundation (HSF), Fiifi now has the opportunity to learn, grow, and look toward the future with confidence. Today, he smiles with hope and pursues his education knowing that he is not alone. We are deeply grateful to the foundation for their love and support. God bless you all abundantly.
